Personal Training
My passion for helping people move better began long before I became a chiropractor. I was a State Champion powerlifter in high school and later competed in United States Strongman Association events. After competition, I worked as a personal trainer and helped develop a strength and conditioning program designed to keep older adults active and engaged. For more than 10 years, I've created personalized training programs for clients both in person and remotely. Today, I combine that experience with my chiropractic education to provide personalized, evidence-based care that helps patients move better, stay active, and reach their goals.

My Story
Growing up I always found myself fascinated with strength. I always was drawn to strongest cartoon characters. Their power amazed me. About 5th grade, I discovered the World Strongest Man competition and did what I could to do what I see these giants do and still do to this day. These fascianations would later pay dividends for me as I found myself in both Power Lifting and US Strongman Competitions both while and after my baseball career had ended. I consider myself very fortunate to have been around some of the greatest minds while persuing my own aspirations and those influences have helped me create a style of training, that when done and followed closely delivers great results.

The hardest part of training/becoming fit is to open that gym door. The mental aspect of training can potentially outweigh the physical demand of lifting the weights.
